Terms of Sale
All orders are sent by First Class post (or Airmail) and should be received
within 3 to 10 working days.
All remote control handsets are fully guaranteed for 12 Months
from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault.
This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by events after delivery (including but not limited to being eaten by the dog or parrot, put through the washing machine or being microwaved by the grandchild, all of which are true reasons given).
In the unlikely event of a claim under guarantee, simply return the remote control to us
with the purchase details and we will exchange or repair it without delay.
If on receipt the remote control ordered from us fails to operate your equipment
based on the correct model number being ordered, you are welcome to return it to us
for either a full refund or a different make remote control (if available)
within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
Your Account
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account and its password.
